CONSULTING   コンサルティング
“Consulting” is our most important and professional activities for you. We normally have a series of the extensive interview meetings to understand and evaluate the risk exposures you have or you may have in the future and your needs and demands to manage the said risk exposures. We suggest to transfer the risk exposures to the insurance markets, or not to place the insurance where we recognize the alternative method other than placing the insurance.

「コンサルティング」は、弊社の中核的かつ専門的サービス業務です。通常数回に及ぶ緻密な打ち合わせを通じ、皆様の抱えるリスクあるいはベネフィット問題を評価・理解し、その処理法について皆様と専門的意見を交換させていただきます。そして、保険あるいは他の非保険的方法による処理についてご提言申し上げます。

MARKETING   マーケティング
Once you decide to go with the insurance rather than with any alternative solutions available, our staff get back to the insurance markets to locate the most appropriate insurance companies as well as the terms and conditions for you. This is called “marketing”.

保険による処理方針が決定されると、弊社スタッフは保険市場において最も適切な保険会社あるいは条件・コストの検索と交渉にあたります。この一連の活動を「マーケティング」と言います。

COORDINATION   コーディネ−ション
Our “coordination” services begin upon placement or renewal of the insurance. Our service staff continue their regular daily processing services on the premium invoices, policy changes/endorsements, the reported claims, the loss control meetings, etc. These uninterrupted activities are called “coordination”.

ひとたび保険が手配あるいは更改されますと、弊社スタッフによる通常サービスが始まります。この中には、保険料請求書の発送・保険証券の異動処理・ご通知いただいた保険クレームの処理・損害防止関係打合などが含まれます。これらを「コーディネ−ション」と総称します。
