Insurance is one of the "apprentice" world. You must be very active to learn new things rather than passive; this means that, for example, you must take the initiative to study academic aspects of the insurance at least 30 minutes everyday at home without being so instructed.

You must have a sense of self-segregation - a sense to feel "I'm not an average and ordinary person. I can make it". Further, your self-segregation must be supported by self-respect and self-criticism.You must truly believe that you are for all of us, and we are all for you.
